IB Physics 2 Course Syllabus (Topics)

We will be covering the rest of the IB Physics (Higher Level) curriculum this year.  Topic we will cover include the following:

Fields and Forces (continuing where we left off last spring)

Electricity and Magnetism

Electromagnetic induction and energy production

wave phenomena

Thermodynamics

Quantum and nuclear physics

Astrophysics

Digital Technology (partial self-study, partially embedded within other units)

Medical Physics (taught primarily in after-school, optional sessions.  students may choose a different "options" topic if they would like to do self-study rather than this topic.  Resources will be provided for those students)
